Dr. Irina Zálišová


PhDr. Irina Zalisova is the Director and co-founder of EPMA,, non-profit half–public organisation for the support of European project cooperation, co-founded by civic association BMI and the Czech Vysocina Region in 2004. Irina has a university background (philosophy, social sciences), completed with post graduals on computing, social analyses and management. Her professional carrier includes: 29 years of analytical activities in public administration and business, 12 years in the top management positions, 12 years actively dealing with EU projects & cooperation with focus on eBusiness, eGovernment/eDemocracy, eParticipation, eInclusion, PSI, ICT strategies for regional development. Member of the EC expert team for evaluation of projects in ICT domain from 2001, Evaluator of Czech national contest Golden Crest, Member of the International Jury of the European eGovernment Award 2008 and 2009, External Expert for CAHDE/Council of Europe, Member of the Scientific Committee of EISCO/ELANET annual conference, Co-organiser of the 5 annual Eastern European EGOV Days in Prague, Director of the ONE Conference Prague 2013 and One Conference Brussels 2014.
