Mr. Richard Kerby: Trends from the UN 2014 e-Government Survey

The UN e-Government Survey explores the linkages between e-government and sustainable  development efforts.  The Survey looks  at how governments are employing e-government strategies, policies and guidelines on issues such as: whole of government approach, open government, citizen engagement, e-participation, integrated e-services, m-services, open data and social media, and their collective effect on government efficiency and effectiveness.  It also focuses on the relationship between citizen and government, their interactions and how governments are using all aspect of e-government to improve the lives of their citizens.
